摘  要:本文主要研究表面施胶淀粉-无机矿物纤维表面施胶体系对瓦楞纸应用性能的影响。用商品矿纤1、商品矿纤2、商品矿纤3取代一部份表面施胶淀粉对瓦楞纸进行表面施胶,探讨矿物纤维的添加对瓦楞纸物理强度及其他性能的影响。结果表明,当表面施胶淀粉与无机纤维的用量比(质量比)为7∶3时,相对于不添加矿纤,商品矿纤1、商品矿纤2、商品矿纤3施胶后纸样的横向环压指数分别增长了83.8%、73.2%、95.5%,纵向环压指数分别增长了90.6%、98.7%、93.8%。在施胶液中添加接枝淀粉型表面施胶剂,防水性能大大提高,Cobb值从140g/m2降至20g/m2左右,满足了成纸的防水性能要求。In this study, the influence of starchmineral fiber surface sizing on the application properties of corruga ted paper was investigated. Some part of surface sizing starch was replaced on corrugated paper surface sizing by three mineral fiber, the influence of mineral fiber surface sizing on physical strength and other properties of corruga ted paper was disscussed. The results showed that: when the mass ratio of surface sizing starch to mineral fiber was 7: 3, relative to surface starch sized corrugated paper sample, cross ring crush index of machine direction increased by up to 83.8% ,73.2% ,95.5% , ring crush index increased by 90.6% ,98.7% ,93.8%. Waterproof property was greatly improved with adding graft starch, Cobb value lowered from 140 g/m2 to 20 g/m2, which satisfied the paper waterproof performance requirements.
