摘　　要：随着国际EPC玻璃工程市场的竞争加剧，玻璃领域中资企业积极探索以技术服务加协助业主融资或直接垫付工程款的方式来赢得总包项目。本文阐述了做好风险管理规划的重要性，利用风险管理理论与技巧识别和评估风险因素，提出了相应的风险应对方法。Along with the intensified competition of international EPC glass engineering market, Chinese - funded enterprises of glass field are actively exploring the way of technical services plus financing assist for the proprietor or directly paying advanced program fund to win the project. This paper describes the importance of risk management planning and the risk factor recognition and assessment by utilizing risk management theory ＆ skill, and proposes its relevant solutions.
