摘　　要：为促进和做好机舱资源管理(EMP)的教学培训工作,在介绍相关定义与内容的基础上,回顾和分析了该项教学培训工作的历史与近期发展。根据国外开展该项工作的方法与经验和国内航运业发展的实际情况与需要,提出在不增加培训时间的前提下,改进培训方法,加强理论和实操在课堂教学中的结合,并且在师资的安排、课堂的组织等方面提出了新的看法。针对ERM的研究提出了与管理学和心理学的教学科研人员一起运用管理学和心理学的研究方法研究船舶特定条件下管理问题的新思路。For promoting education and training in ERM,the history and recent development of the training work in the field is reviewed with the introduction of related definitions and contents.Some ideas and suggestions for improving the training of ERM in China are presented on the basis of the foreign experiences and the practical situation and needs of domestic shipping industry.It is put forward that the combination of theory with practice can be strengthened in classroom teaching without increasing training hours.As for teaching arrangement,class organization etc.,some new views are also put forward.The suggestion is made that the marine engineering researchers involved in ERM collaborate with management scientists and psychologists in solving EMP problems with management science and psychology approach.
