摘　　要：广东与港澳车辆跨境往来日益频繁,对跨境机动车辆保险服务的需求不断增大。本文阐述了广东与港澳地区实施"一张保单保两地"保险机制的重要意义,从保单推出、保费和赔款分拆、投保地区、保险责任等方面介绍了"一张保单保两地"保险机制的具体安排,并在分析实施这一机制存在问题的基础上,提出实施"一张保单保两地"保险机制的对策措施,包括成立工作小组、探索试点先行、加强沟通协调等。Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao have been frequent cross-border vehicles,and the demand for motor vehicle insurance services for cross-border is increasing.This paper describes the implementation of the significance of insurance mechanisms about ＂an insurance policy covers two places＂ in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.It introduces the insurance mechanisms specific arrangements of ＂a insurance policy covers two places＂ from the introduction of the policy,premiums and claims split,insurance area,insurance liability,etc.,And it also proposes the countermeasures about the mechanisms of ＂a insurance policy covers two places＂ including setting up working group,exploring the pilot and strengthening communication and coordination.
