摘  要:参与式教学法是一种全新的教学方式,有助于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生分析与解决问题的能力,促进教与学的良性互动。本文结合《劳动与就业模拟》课程特点,以河北工业大学经济学专业为例,分别从实验前、实验中以及实验后详细分析了参与式教学法在《劳动与就业模拟》课程教学中的运用,并总结了参与式教学模式的教学效果及反映出来的问题,以期对同行有所启示。Participating Teaching Method (PTM) is a relatively new teaching method. It can mobilize the learning enthusiasm and initiative of the learners, cultivate the learners" ability, finally promote the benign interaction of teaching and learning, especially "Labor and Employment Imitational Experment". Combining with the course char- acteristics of "l^hor and Employment Imitational Experment", the paper analyzes the application of Participating Teaching Method in the teaching of "Labor and Employment Imitational Experment" respectively from the process of pre-experiment, experiment and post-experiment, Finally summarizes the effect of Participating Teaching Method as well as the problems reflected.
