摘  要:近年来,鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)对抗生素耐药的同时,对消毒剂的抵抗现象亦日益凸显,对AB耐消毒剂基因的研究亦引起广泛关注。本研究收集广州市红十字会医院分离的30株非重复AB菌株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)、脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)等对其进行耐消毒剂基因检测及同源性分析。研究发现,试验所选鲍曼不动杆菌耐消毒剂基因携带率高,对常用抗菌药物均耐受,且该30株来自不同科室的鲍曼不动杆菌中含有18种不同克隆。研究认为同种克隆株在不同科室及个体间相互传播可能是造成院内鲍曼不动杆菌感染的主要原因之一;针对目前"多耐药"现象,应加强耐药监测,临床上应尽量根据药敏结果选用敏感药物进行治疗。Recently, acinetobacter baumanii(AB)show resistant to the antibacterials, at the same time, the phenomenon of disinfectant--resistance has been more and more prominent. The study of AB disinfectant--resistant genes has aroused ex- tensive concern. This study collected 30 non repetitive acinetobacter baumanii strains which were isolated from Guangzhou Red--cross Hospital, use polymerase chain reaction (PCR), pulsed--field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) to detect their dis- infectant--resistant genes and analyze their homology. The research proved that most of the acinetobacter baumanii strains that we studied carried disinfectant--resist genes, the strains showed resistant to regularly used antibacterials, and the thirty strains have eighteen different clones. The study believed that the infection of acinetobacter baumanii was partly due to transmission of the same strains among the different departments and individuals, for the present "multi--drug" phe- nomenon, more attention should be paid to monitoring, and we should choose sensitive antibacterials according to drug susceptibility test as much as possible.
