摘 要:氯元素对高炉冶炼过程的影响在日渐显现出来,并已对高炉的冶炼过程造成了严重影响,主要表现为:1)使高炉风口结渣,风口通道面积减小,风压升高,影响喷煤作业和高炉炉况的顺行;2)形成的NH4C1固体堵塞煤气管道,影响煤气的输送和使用;3)导致TRT机组流道快速结垢,引起机组振动而造成停机;4)影响高炉炉料的冶金性能,给高炉的冶炼带来不利影响。减轻氯元素对高炉冶炼影响的较好方法是研制出一种适合钢铁工业的脱氯剂,以此来降低氯元素对高炉冶炼的危害。The impact of chlorine on the blast furnace process is gradually emerged;and the chlorine has a serious impact on the blast furnace smelting process,mainly as:1) The chlorine leading to the blast furnace tuyere slagging,vent area reduced,wind pressure increased,then to affect coal injection operations and blast furnace working conditions;2) The NH4C1 formed from the chlorine blocks the gas pipeline;3) The chlorine result to the TRT scaling,then causes unit to vibration and stop working;4) The chlorine affects the metallurgical properties of the burden,adverse impact on the blast furnace smelting.The better approach which can reduce the effects of chlorine on the blast furnace smelting is to develop a antichlor,in order to reduce the dangers of the chlorine leading to the blast furnace smelting.
