摘  要:在人体模拟体液Hank’s溶液中对碳离子注入TAMZ合金缝隙试样的缝隙腐蚀行为进行研究.结果表明,随着Hank’s溶液中pH值的减小,注入碳离子TAMZ合金缝隙试样的阳极电流密度增大,促进了合金缝隙腐蚀历程.Hank’s溶液中电化学测试结果表明:注入碳离子TAMZ合金缝隙试样的腐蚀电位升高、阳极极化电流密度降低,改善了电化学性能.这是由于碳离子注入后形成了碳化物的无序层膜,抑制了合金的活性溶解,提高了合金的耐缝隙腐蚀性能.Corrosion behavior of TAMZ alloy crevice samples im- planted by carbon ion is studied in Hank' s artificial body fluids. Results show that anodic current density of TAMZ alloy crevice samples implanted by carbon ion increase with decreasing of pH value in Hank' s solution, which accelerates the crevice corro- sion. The electrochemical tests prove that the corrosion potential of the implanted samples move toward positive and the anodic po- larized current density is reduced, which result in improving its electrochemical characteristic. It is due to an unordered carbide film formed on the surface of TAMZ alloy crevice samples after implantation, which blockes alloy element actively dissolving and enhances crevice corrosion resistance of the alloy.
