摘　　要：国内长久以来对于《奥兰多——一部传记》的评论过多地集中在作品所蕴含的双性同体和同性恋话题方面,而对其所运用的新历史主义的观点和元小说叙事策略有所忽略。事实上,这本书以轻松诙谐的语调从诸多方面严肃探讨了传统传记的写法并对此进行了创新,其中包括:在材料的选取上以突出传主的个性为主;打破钟表时间与心理时间的一致性;将事实与想象融合,突破传记与小说的文类界限等。作品远非作家自己所称"是一个戏谑之作"。The analysis of Orlando： A Biography has always been focused on the androgynous mind and the homosexuality presented in the book in China,while the new historicism perspective and the metafictional narrative strategies have been neglected. In fact, the book in an ironic tone explores the writing methods and breakthroughs of the traditional biography, which includes： the selection of the materials aiming at depicting the protagonist＇s individuality; breaking through the limits of the clock time; and welding＂the fietive＂ and＂the real＂,thus trespassing the generic border between biography and novel. The book is far from what the writer called ＂a parody＂.
