高血压病患者中医症状因子分析

摘　　要：目的:提取原发性高血压(EH)患者的主要病理要素,以期对EH的辨证有所帮助。方法:纳入1 000例EH患者,对其主要中医症状进行流行病学调查,采用因子分析方法对相关数据进行统计分析。结果:共提取12个公因子:F1:X4腰酸、X5膝软;F2:X6五心烦热、X18失眠、X17心悸;F3:X11面赤、X12目赤;F4:X21口淡、X22食少;F5:X1眩晕、X8胸闷、X7头如裹、X2头痛;F6:X25肢麻、X26胸胁刺痛;F7:X20健忘、X19耳鸣;F8:X13口干、X14口苦;F9:X10畏寒肢冷、X24夜尿频、X23气短;F10:X15便秘、X16溲赤;F11:X3急躁易怒;F12:X9呕吐痰涎。结论:高血压病病理要素主要涉及阴虚、气虚、阳虚、阳亢、痰湿与血瘀;病位主要涉及肝、肾、脾、心。Objective： To extract the main pathological factors of patients with essential hypertension（EH） in order to conduce to syndrome differentiation.Methods： Ten hundred patients with EH were concluded,the traditional Chinese medical symptoms were investigated epidemiologically,and the data were analyzed by factor analysis.Results： Twelve common factors were extracted as follows： F1： X4 soreness of waist,X5 soft knee;F2： X6 feverish sensation over five centres,X18 insomnia,X17 palpitation;F3： X11 reddish complexion,X12 red eyes;F4： X21 tastelessness,X22 poor appetite;F5： X1 vertigo,X8 chest distress,X7 swathing sensation of head,X2 headache;F6： X25 numbness of limbs,X26 stabbing pain in the chest and hypochondrium;F7： X20 forgetfulness,X19 tinnitus;F8： X13 dry mouth,X14 bitter taste in the mouth;F9： X10 aversion to cold and cold limbs,X24 nocturia,X23 shortness of breath;F10： X15 constipation,X16 red and little urine;F11： X3 impetuosity and susceptibility to rage;F12： X9 vomiting of phlegmatic fluid.Conclusion： The pathological factors of essential hypertension mainly involves yin deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yang hyperactivity,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis;the locations of disease are liver,kidney,spleen,and heart.
