四君子加川牛膝方对大鼠下肢难愈性创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察四君子加川牛膝方治疗大鼠下肢难愈性创面的疗效。方法:建立大鼠右下肢难愈性创面模型,将32只清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、四君子加川牛膝方组、四君子汤组、川牛膝方组。各组分别给予生理盐水及相应中药灌胃处理,观察各组大鼠创面面积、创面愈合率及创面愈合时间。结果:四君子汤组、四君子加川牛膝方组与模型组相比,均可明显缩短创面愈合时间(P<0.01,P<0.05);而四君子加川牛膝方组创面愈合时间明显少于四君子汤组(P<0.05)。造模后第7、10、14天,四君子汤组创面面积、创面愈合率优于模型组(P<0.05);造模后第3、7、10、14天,四君子加川牛膝方组创面面积、创面愈合率明显优于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05);造模后第10、14天,四君子加川牛膝方组创面面积、创面愈合率优于四君子汤组(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤、四君子加川牛膝方可以促进大鼠下肢难愈性创面愈合,且以四君子加川牛膝方效果明显。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ on refractory wounds in rats’ lower limbs.Methods： The models were established,and 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into model group,＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ group,＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ group and Radix Cyathulae group.Each group was intragastric administrated by normal saline and corresponding Chinese medicine.The wound area,wound healing rate and wound healing time were observed.Results： Compared with model group,the wound healing time in ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ group and ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ group were markedly shortened（P＆lt;0.01,P＆lt;0.05）;the wound healing time in ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ group was less than ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ group（P＆lt;0.05）.The wound area and wound healing rate in ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ group were superior to the model group on day 7,10 and 14 after modeling（P＆lt;0.05）;the wound area and wound healing rate in ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ group were superior to the model group on day 3,7,10 and 14 after modeling（P＆lt;0.01,P＆lt;0.05）;the wound area and wound healing rate in ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ group were superior to the ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ group on day 10 and 14 after modeling（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ and ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ are good for wound healing in rats’ lower limbs,and ＂Sijunzi plus Radix Cyathulae Decoction＂ is more effective.
