摘 要:为提高羊毛防毡缩性能,采用Stenotrophomonas maltophilia产角蛋白酶和蛋白酶Savinase 16L二浴法处理羊毛,考察其对羊毛纤维强力和减量率的影响。试验结果表明:2种酶二浴法处理后,羊毛防毡缩性能提升显著,但纤维损伤严重。羊毛表面Zeta电位的测试和羊毛弱酸性染料低温恒温染色实验结果表明,经二浴法处理后羊毛纤维表面的正电荷增加。In order to improve the anti-felting property of wool,keratinase from Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and protease Savinase 16L were used to treat wool in two baths,and the influence of the enymatic treatment on strength and the weight loss percentage of the treated wool fiber were tested.The results showed that the anti-felting performance of wool was increased significantly after two-bath treatment,but the damage to the fiber was obvious.Zeta potential on the wool surface and the dyeing result of the wool fibers which was dyed by weak acid dyes at low and constant temperature indicated that the number of positive charges on the wool surface was increased.
