金银线与毛纱合股纱的工艺探讨

摘　　要：金银线单独做经纬纱时易断头,坯布易产生回丝、缺纬、断头等不可修疵点。金银线可使织物表面具有星光点点的色彩,能提高产品的外观视觉效果。金银线与毛纱合股,弥补了金银线的不足,提高了其可织造性能。文章从捻向、捻系数、合股方式、合股纱的闪光效果等方面优化了合股纱的工艺,使合股纱强力高,纱线光洁,并具有金银线的闪光效果。合股纱可以单独做经纬纱或嵌线使用,大大提高了金银线的可织造性,从而增加产品的附加值。The gold and silver lines do easily broken for weft yarn or warp yarn.Defects is easy formed such as bowing,broken lycra.But gold and silver lines in the fabric weaving,the fabric surface with the colour of the stars,can improve the appearance of the product visual effect.The gold and silver lines plied with wool yarn can change some shortcomings.This paper,from the twist direction,twist factor and the way of plied yarn,improves the yarn strength and yarn quality.Plied yarn has the gold and silver lines flash effect.Plied yarn can do alone weft yarn or warp yarn,and worsted fabric quality is greatly improved.
