摘　　要：针对兔毛面料的掉毛问题,经各项多组实验改造设备,创新与优化了工艺。在缩呢机墙板左侧增加1套缩呢压力气动自动化控制系统,在墙板右侧增加1套电动机变频调速装置,便于控制调节压力,减少缩痕与缩洞,并创建了JZX缩呢法。研究FSTES和毛方法,改造和毛机油嘴的调节与喷洒状态,有效改善了兔毛纤维的可纺性,提高了制成率与效率。采用CMW-80型微波烘干机,通过磁控管发射微波对纤维进行烘干,最终成功开发了高档、高支、超薄、高附加值、高比例的不落毛兔毛面料。For angora fabric fud problem,we transform equipment,innovate and optimize technology through many series experiments.Adding one set of fulling pressure gas automation control system on the left side of fulling machine wall board,and one set of motor frequency changing speed controller on the right side,which can control and adjust pressure and reduce shrinkage mark and hole.Meanwhile,we set up JZX fulling method and research FSTES blending wool method,transform blending willow glib adjust and spray situation to improve effectively angora fiber spinnability and efficiency.We use CMW-80 microwave dryer to dry fiber.Finally,we successfully develop high end,high yarn count,ultrathin,high value added,high proportion,no falling wool′s angora fabric.
