摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷和二乙胺为原料合成改性剂,并将改性剂与经氢氧化钠溶液处理的亚麻纱线进行反应制得端羟基亚麻纱线,然后用明胶蛋白溶液与端羟基亚麻纱线进行接枝反应,制得明胶蛋白改性的亚麻纱线。对改性后的亚麻纱线进行断裂强力、活性染料染色性能测试,并采用红外光谱、SEM等方法对其结构进行表征与分析。结果表明,不同明胶溶液的质量浓度对亚麻纱线接枝胶原蛋白的接枝率有一定影响,但改性后的亚麻纱线的断裂强力损失较小,经明胶蛋白接枝改性后,亚麻纱线对活性染料的吸尽率和固色率有明显提高。Modifier was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and diethylamine as raw materials,and the modifier and flax yarn treated by sodium hydroxide solution were reacted to prepare the hydroxyl-terminated flax yarn.Then the hydroxyl-terminated flax yarn was grafted with gelatin protein solution to get modified flax yarn.Breaking strength of modified flax yarn and reactive dyeing property were tested respectively,and the structure was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that different mass concentration of gelatin solution had some influence on the grafting rate of flax yarn grafted collagen.After modification of flax yarn,the breaking strength had little loss,and the exhaustion rate and fixation rate of reactive dye increased significantly.
