摘　　要：由于警服面料服用的特殊性,它对服用性能指标要求非常严格,尤其是对克米重、经纬密度、起毛起球(刷磨)、摩擦牢度、撕破强力、色差等指标必须达到公安部标准,生产难度较大。其中织物后整理工艺是影响整个产品加工的最重要的过程,合理的工艺参数对提高和改善产品质量起到决定性作用。文章通过后整理实验研究,确定出最佳整理工艺流程及最佳工艺参数,最终各项指标均合格,解决了毛精纺警服面料的生产难题。Due to the particularity of policeman uniform fabrics,Its performance requirement is very strict,especially for glm weight,warp/weft density,pilling（brush grinding）,friction fastness,tear strength,aberration and so on,which must achieve the ministry of public security standard.The production process is very difficulty.Among the entire product processing process,the fabric finishing process is the most important affect,reasonable process parameters play a decisive role to improve product quality.This article takes a lot of finishing experiment researches,determines the best finishing technological process and optimum process parameters,and finally achieved qualified of index,solving the wool spinning uniform fabrics production problem.
