手法整复结合葛根汤治疗寰枢关节半脱位35例

摘　　要：目的观察手法整复结合葛根汤治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法将65例寰枢关节半脱位患者随机分为两组;治疗组35例采用手法整复结合葛根汤治疗,对照组30例给予颈椎牵引和氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,疗程14天。结果治疗后两组患者临床症状体征积分和局部疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法整复结合葛根汤治疗寰枢关节半脱位疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of manipulation therapy and ＂Gegen Decoction＂ in treating atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods Sixty-five cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by manipulation therapy and ＂Gegen Decoction＂,and control group in which 30 cases were treated by cervical traction and Flunarizine Capsule,with the course of 14 days.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs and VAS score were markedly decreased in both of the groups（P0.05）,and the treatment group was lower than the controls（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined manipulation therapy and ＂Gegen Decoction＂ has positive effect on atlantoaxial subluxation.
