阴洗方治疗湿热下注型阴道炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药阴洗方治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的临床疗效。方法共入选300例湿热下注型阴道炎患者,随机分为治疗组、中药对照组及西药对照组(各100例),分别采用阴洗方、肤阴洁、肤阴泰外洗治疗,共治疗7天;观察治疗前后阴道局部症状及阴道病原学等指标,并评价各组的临床疗效。结果治疗组、中药对照组及西药对照组的总有效率分别为93.0%、84.0%、85.0%,治疗组疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善外阴瘙痒、白带性状,减少白带量方面优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论阴洗方对湿热下注型阴道炎有良好疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ＂Yinxi Formula＂ in treating vaginitis of damp-heat type.Methods Three hundred cases with vaginitis of damp-heat type were randomly divided into treatment group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,with 100 cases in each group.The three groups were treated by ＂Yinxi Formula＂,＂Fuyinjie＂ and ＂Fuyintai＂ respectively for 7 days;the local symptoms and pathogenic factors were detected before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were 93%,84% and 85% respectively.The clinical effect in treatment group was better than the other two groups（P0.05）;the improvement of pruritus vulvae,leucorrhoea character,decrease of leucorrhea in treatment group were better than the other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Yinxi Formula＂ has positive effect on vaginitis of damp-heat type.
