摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎的主要病机为湿蒸热壅、血瘀凝滞,治疗当清热除湿、活血导滞,并提出辨治用药的经验。The occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis（UC） is caused by dampness,heat and mixture of heat and stasis.The pathogenesis of UC concludes dampness transpiration,heat retention,stagnation of blood and stasis.Clearing heat to remove damp and activating blood to relieve stagnation are the treatment principle.The experience in syndrome differentiation and herbs selection was presented.
