摘　　要：本文通过对中医辨治寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛若干问题进行初步探讨,明确寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的病因病机、中医治则及临床用药,以帮助临床诊断、辨证、施治。Based on the discussion of some problems on the angina pectoris of blood stasis due to cold coagulation differentiated and treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the article cleared the etiology and pathogenesis, the treatment by Traditional Chinese Medicine and clinical medicine. It also pointed out that we should do some further researches to unify the diagnostic criteria to provide the reference for clinical treatment.
