摘　　要：根据抗生素相关性腹泻的病机特点,结合乌梅丸的药物配伍,临床上将乌梅丸应用于治疗抗生素相关性腹泻,能取得良好的疗效,尤其当患者证属寒热错杂时疗效更佳。本文对乌梅丸在抗生素相关性腹泻中的运用进行理论探讨。According to the characteristic of antibiotic associated diarrhea （AAD） clinically and the compatibility of Wumei Pills, Wumei Pills was used to treat AAD. Satisfactory curative effect was received, the effect would be better when the pattern of syndrome belongs to heat in the upper and cold in the lower particularly. The article aimed to discuss the using theory of Wumei Pills on curing AAD.
