摘 要:目的:了解干姜、肉桂、附子三种温里药对小鼠热性证候及脏象的变化影响。方法:干姜、肉桂、附子的水煎浓缩制剂灌胃小鼠。结果:可致小鼠出现烦躁频饮、鼻黏膜出血、舌质红等热性症状以及微观脏象的相应变化。结论:可为热性证候防治研究的药性评价提供中医理论基础。Objective: To study the effects of three kinds of interior wanning medicinal materials, including dried ginger, cinnamon and monkshood, on heat syndrome and visceral manifestations of mice. Methods : Dried ginger, cinnamon and monks- hood were water decocted and concentrated. The concentrated preparation was administered to mice by garage. Results: The mice showed some heat syndromes, such as irritability, frequent drinking, blooding in nasal mucosa and red tongue, as well as the related visceral manifestations. Conclusion: This study can provide certain TCM theory for the evaluation of drugs for the pre- vention and treatment of heat syndromes.
