中药配合胰岛素治疗无症状2型糖尿病38例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药配合胰岛素治疗无症状2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:运用中药二至四物汤加减治疗无症状2型糖尿病38例,随机分为两组,治疗组38例在胰岛素治疗的基础上结合中药二至四物汤加减治疗,对照组36例单纯采用胰岛素治疗,疗程均为3月,控制空腹血糖3.9～7.2mol/L,餐后2小时血糖≤10mmol/L,观察两组间胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率的差异。结果:治疗组胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率均低于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗无症状2型糖尿病效佳且安全,有较大发展空间。Objective： To observe the curative effect of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and insulin to treat asympto- matic type 2 diabetes. Methods： Using Erzhi Siwu Decoction to treat 38 cases of asymptomatic type 2 diabetes and cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated by Erzhi Siwu Decoction on the basis of insulin, 36 cases in controlled group only with insulin therapy, treatment period were all three months, fasting blood glucose was controlled within 3. 9 ~ 7. 2mo]/L and postprandial blood glucose 2 hours was less 10mmol/L, observing the differences of the amount of insulin and the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups. Results： The incidence of hypoglycemia of the treatment group were lower than the controlled group. Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of asymptomatic type 2 diabetes has good effect and security, and gets the greater space for development.
