摘 要:目的探讨"矢、冠状位定位法"在腰椎间盘CT检查中的临床应用价值。方法运用TOSHIBA Aquilion 16CT为腰椎退行性病变的患者进行容积扫描,得到容积扫描数据后,在后处理工作站通过单纯矢状位定位(模拟常规轴位扫描方法)及矢、冠状位定位对L3/4、L4/5、L5/S1椎间盘进行腰椎间盘重建。分别观测比较2种重建方法对正常及异常椎间盘(膨出、突出及脱出)的检出能力。结果共900个椎间盘中,常规矢状位定位重建和及矢、冠状位定位分别检出准确异常椎间盘417(46.3%)、459(51%)个,L3/4、L4/5、L5/S1椎间盘异常检出例数中"矢、冠状位定位法"较矢状位定位检出率分别提高4%、9.8%、11.4%,除L3/4椎间盘检测结果外,其余差异均具有统计学意义。结论通过"矢、冠状位定位法"重建腰椎间盘轴位像能够更加准确地显示椎间盘状态,为腰椎间盘病变患者的诊断提供更有效的影像资料。Objective To investigate the "sagittal,coronal positioning method" in lumbar disc CT examination in clinical application.Methods The TOSHIBA Aquilion16CT for lumbar degenerative disease patients are volume scanning,get the volumetric scan data after processing workstation through simple sagittal orientation(to simulate a conventional axial scanning method) and sagittal,coronal position on L3/4,L4/5,L5/S1 intervertebral disc of lumbar intervertebral disc reconstruction.Comparison of two reconstruction methods were observed on normal and abnormal intervertebral disc(bulging,and prominent prolapse) detecting ability.Results In a total of 900discs,the conventional sagittal orientation and sagittal,coronal reconstruction and accurate positioning were detected abnormal disc 417(46.3%),459(51%),the difference has statistics significance(P0.05 is statistically significant).Conclusion Through the "sagittal,coronal positioning method of" reconstruction of lumbar intervertebral disc axial image can be more accurately display disc state,for clinically definite lumbar disc lesions in patients with the diagnosis of providing more effective image data.
