摘 要:目的分析酸放散和热放散2种方法联合检测新生儿ABO溶血病结果,以供临床参考。方法选取462例检测ABO溶血病的标本进行抗体释放试验,采用酸放散和热放散2种方法同时进行,放散液选用75μL,检验报告结果取阳性者。结果 2种方法联合检测阳性病例有366例,阳性率为79.22%;酸放散阳性320例,阳性率69.26%;热放散阳性343例,阳性率74.24%;2种方法联合检测阳性率较酸放散试验阳性率高,P〈0.05,与热放散试验比P〉0.05。结论酸放散与热放散同时应用可提高阳性率。日龄在1~3d、7d后、A型患儿采用热放散,4~6d采用酸放散,可提高新生儿ABO-HDN阳性检出率,减少漏检。Objective The results of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease that analysed of acid elution and thermal radiation the two methods of joint detection can be a reference for Clinical Medicine.Detected 462 cases of ABO hemolytic disease specimens by the antibody release test of hemolytic,using acid elution and themolysis simultaneously,the elution liquid selection of 75 μL,and take the positive results for the inspection reports.Results Two methods of joint detection positive cases in 366 patients,the positive rate is 79.22%;positive cases in 320 patients,the positive rate 69.26%;themolysis positive cases in 343 patients,the positive rate 74.24%.Two methods of joint detection than pure acid elution test,the first one's positive rate is higher,P 0.05;and compare with simple themolysis test,than P 0.05.Conclusion acid elution and thermolysis should be used simultaneously or use thermolysis for Day-olds that arrange from one to three days or seven days,and A-type infection infants.From four to six day olds infants could use acid elution to improve newborns' ABO-HDN positive detection rate so that reduce undetected cases.
