摘  要:应用温度均流系数计算法判别整流柜桥臂整流元件的出力状况,研究了在实际操作中与传统的测量快速熔断器两端电压降相比,具有较高的安全性及可靠性,同时与在线均流测试仪相比,具有成本低及稳定性高等特点.整流元件均流系数是衡量整流柜元件出力能力及均匀度的重要指标.通过多年的摸索研究,以及对相关数据的采集分析对比,提出温度均流系数的理念,以整流元件测量的温度,根据计算公式,可方便地推导出桥臂元件以及整流柜出力状况,是一种判别整流柜元件均流出力状况的有效方法.The rectifier current balance coefficient is an important index to measure the rectifier output capacity and the evenness of current division. Based on our researches through years and the analysis of all collected data, the concept of temperature balance coefficient is introduced. By measuring the temperature of the rectifier components, the output capacity of the bridge leg modules and the rectifier cabinet can be easily derived from the formula of the temperature balance coefficient computation. This is an efficient way to determine the current balance and output capacity of the rectifier cabinet components. Comparing to the traditional way of measuring the potential drops at both sides of the rapid fuse, the operation of this method is much safer and more reliable. Comparing to an online rectifier tester, it has advantages of low cost and high stability.
