摘 要:利用Thermax 700大载荷热重分析仪对钛精粉的氢气还原特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,600~1 250℃区间,还原过程的表观活化能介于45~51 kJ/mol;20~100 mL/min气体流量条件下,其表观活化能首先随反应气流量的增加而减小,40 mL/min时达到最小值,随后逐渐增加;同时表观活化能随钛精粉粒度的增加而增加;氢气还原钛精粉的主要步骤是外扩散型。The test research about hydrogen reduction characteristics of titanium concentrate powder is conducted with Thermax 700 heavy - load thermogravimetric analyzer. It is showed from the result that between 600 to 1 250 ℃, the apparent activation energy of reduction process is between 45 to 51 kJ/mol; Under condition of gas volumetric flow rate of 20 to 100 mL/min, the apparent activation energy at first is reduced along with the increase of reacting gas flow rate, and gets the lowest value at 40 mL/min, then gradually increased; And the energy is increased along with increase of particle size; the main process of reducing titanium concentrate with hydrogen gas is external diffusion.
