摘　　要：目的对临床免疫检验的质量控制效果分析进行分析探讨。方法选取2009年至2012年在我院住院的300例患者的300份样本。随机分为两组。观察组150份样本,对标本的采集、仪器设备的使用等方面进行样本的临床免疫检测的严格质量控制;对照组150份样本,对样本的临床免疫检测仅给予常规的质量控制。就样本相关乙型肝炎五项指标与卫生部的检测结果进行比较,同时通过对不同质量控制所带来的临床效果进行分析,进而对临床免疫检验的质量控制效果分析进行分析探讨。结果实施质量控制分析的观察组患者的检测结果明显高于对照组,两组有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。观察组150例患者,总有效率98.67%;对照组150例患者,总有效率为93.3%。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,两组有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。结论准确实验数据获得的前提是全面保证临床免疫检测的准确度,而相应的质量控制是保证检测准确度必不可少的方法。Objectve Analyze the clinical immunology test quality control. Methods From 2009 to 2012 years in 300 samples of 300 patients in our hospital. We randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 150 samples, strict quality control of clinical immune detection equipment to the specimen collection, use of samples; the control group of 150 samples, the clinical immunological detection of samples treated only with routine quality control. Compare results of testing samples related five index of hepatitis B and the ministry of health, at the same time, through the clinical effect brought about by different quality control analysis, analysis and quality control of effects on clinical immunity test. Results In the observation group the implementation of quality control analysis of the results was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups, there were statistical significance, comparable （P〈0.05）. The observation group 150 cases, the total efficiency of 98.67%; control group of 150 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3%. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference between two groups, there were statistical significance, comparable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The premise of accurate experimental data obtained conclusion is fully uarantee the accuracy of clinical immunological detection, and the corresponding quality control method to ensure the accuracy of detection is essential.
