摘　　要：目的总结DeBakeyⅠ型急性主动脉夹层术后急性肾功能衰竭患者持续性血液净化(CPB)治疗经验。方法 38例DeBakeyⅠ型急性主动脉夹层术后出现急性肾功能衰竭患者应用CPB治疗。结果 38例患者CPB治疗后,除1例并发ARDS死亡外,余均生命体征基本平稳,血管活性药物逐渐减量,肾功能恢复,安全度过围术期。结论 CPB治疗对DeBakeyⅠ型急性主动脉夹层术后急性肾功能衰竭患者是安全有效的。Objective To summarize the clinical study of continuous blood purification（CPB） therapy to patients with postoperative of DeBakey I acute aortic dissection. Methods 38 patients with CPB in treatapy of DeBakey I acute aortic dissection occurred after operation in patients with acute renal failure. Results Except for one death who was complicated with ARDS, 37 cases were treated with CPB, that had some common features of life signs stably, vasoactive drugs reduce gradually, renal function recoveryly and perioperative period safely. Conelusion For patients with postoperative of DeBakey I acute aortic dissection had acute renal failure, the CPB treatment correlates with better orognosis.
