摘　　要：目的研究手术室中的不安全护理因素,寻找防范措施,帮助提高患者围手术期的护理安全。方法回顾性分析我院近几年来手术室护理相关工作,寻找潜在的不安全因素。结果针对出现或潜在的护理不安全因素进行分析,并结合实际工作需要制定相应的防范措施,能提高护理工作质量。结论严格执行医院的各项规章制度,提高手术室护理工作人员的责任心,是减少护理事故及差错、提高护理质量的关键所在。Objective To study the operating room nursing safety factors, looking for preventive measures, and help improve patients perioperative nursing safety. Methods Retrospective analysis in recent years the operating room nursing related work, looking for a potential unsafe factors. Results According to appear or potential nursing unsafe factors analysis, and combined with the actual need of work make corresponding preventive measures, can improve the quality of nursing work. Conclusion Strict implementation of the hospital each rules and regulations, improve the operating room nursing staff sense of responsibility, is to reduce nursing accidents and mistakes, and improve the quality of care for the key.
