复方冬眠灵联合维生素K3治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的通过采用复方冬眠灵联合维生素K3治疗小儿秋季的临床分析及研究,了解小儿秋季腹泻的治疗方法及疗效。方法通过对我院2011年10月至2012年12月在本院确诊为秋季腹泻的120例患儿,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方冬眠灵联合维生素K3治疗,对两组疗效进行分析及研究。结果两组有效率有显著差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论复方冬眠灵联合维生素K3治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效满意,值得临床推广。Objective Through the use of compound hibernate spirit vitK3 combined treatment of infantile autumn clinical analysis and research, understand the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea methods and curative effect. Methods The paper aimed in October 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital diagnosed as autumn diarrhea of 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the control group, the treatment group on the basis of using compound with hibernate spirit combined vitK3 treatment, the two groups of curative effect analysis and research. Results Two groups have significant difference between effective curative effect of treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion Compound hibernate spirit vitK3 combined treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea curative effect is satisfactory, it is worth clinical promotion.
