摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症的保守治疗护理效果。方法 500例腰椎间盘突出症患者在保守治疗期间,给予综合护理干预。结果 3个月后,患者TLICS评分和VAS评分均有显著性降低(均P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预配合保守治疗,对于促进腰椎间盘突出症患者康复具有重要意义,值得临床考虑。Objective To explore the nursing effect of Lumbar disc herniation with conservative treatment. Methods 500 cases of patients were given comprehensive nursing during the period of conservative treatment. Results After 3 months, the TLICS and VAS score all decreased significantly （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with conservative treatment, is meaningful for promoting the disease well, and deserves considering.
