高压氧综合治疗系统性硬皮病的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧(HBO)综合药物治疗系统性硬化症(SSc)疗效。方法回顾性分析自2008年9月至2011年3月间,应用HBO治疗90例SSc患者,治疗2～4个疗程,以HBO治疗后1年时的随访结果作为疗效评定标准,统计HBO治疗效果。结果 HBO综合药物治疗后显效82例(91.1%),好转6例(6.7%),无效2例(2.2%)。结论 HBO综合治疗对SSc是一种有效的方法。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effective of systemic hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） therapy systemic sclerosis（SSe）. Methods From September 2008 to March 2011, 90 SSc patients were analyzed. All these patients received HBO therapy 2 to 4courses and admitted drug treatment. HBO therapy is the medical therapeutic use of oxygen at a higher atmospheric pressure, which was applied once a day, 5 days a week, each session lasted 120 rain at 2.0 absolute temperature air （ATA）.Outcome was analyzed statistically at 1 year follow-up. Results After one year 91.1%of the eases were significant improvedeured, 6.7% were improved and only 2.2% were not-cured. Conclusions The study showed that adjunctive treatment with HBO therapy could effectively increase effective rate,and it is an effective and safety method to treat SSc.
