心理干预对急性闭角性青光眼患者的实践探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨急性闭角性青光眼患者有效的心理干预措施。方法 2010年6月至2012年6月我院眼科急性闭角性青光眼患者80例,按入院时间分为对照组40例观察组40例。对照组采用常规护理及一般心理护理,观察组除采用常规护理和一般护理外,实施心理护理。结果观察组患者焦虑、疼痛情况、眼压均较对照组低,满意度均较对照组高,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论有效地心理干预,可缓解急性闭角性青光眼患者紧张焦虑情绪,降低眼压,减小急性闭角性青光眼造成的视功能损害。Objective To explore the effective psychological intervention measures of acute closed angle glaucoma. Methods 80 cases of glaucoma patients from 2010 June to 2012 June in our hospital department of ophthalmology of acute closed, according to admission time divided into the control group and 40 patients in the observation group 40 cases. The control group received routine nursing and psychological nursing, the observation group in addition to the routine nursing care and nursing care, psychological care. Results The observation group patients with anxiety, pain, the intraocular pressure was lower than that in control group, satisfaction is higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective psychological intervention, can relieve the acute angle closure glaucoma patients with anxiety, reduce intraocular pressure, and reduce the damage of visual function damage caused by acute angle closure glaucoma.
