探索增加肾活检术后舒适度减少出血的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨利用舒适垫,增加患者在术后平躺中的舒适度,减少肾穿刺术后的出血。方法舒适垫是用浴巾叠成的小方块,高度为3～5cm,放置在患者腰部与骶尾部之间,缓解压力,增加舒适度,提高对护理的依从性,从而缓解疼痛。对我科2012年1月至10月106例肾活检患者进行研究评估。结果过半患者中都存在不同程度的不适,观察组比对照组能更好的增加舒适度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒适度的提高减少肾活检术后出血收到良好的效果,减少术后并发症。Objective To investigate the use comfort pad increase in postoperative patients with lie in comfort, reduce bleeding after renal biopsy. Methods Comfortable pad is to use bath towel fold into small pieces of 3-5cm in height, put it between with lumbar and sacral tail, increase in postoperative, to improve the nursing compliance, so as to the pain .relieve pressure collecting 106 cases with regular renal biopsy, between January to Octorber 2012 were tested and research in our hospital. Results More than half of the patients all have different degree mental, there was no difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the two groups. The untoward react ions occurred fewer in the experimental group than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion To improve the comfort of renal biopsy reduce postoperative bleeding received the good effect the postoperative complications.
