计算机在药库物品证件管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探求提高药库物品证件管理效率和质量,确保物品证件管理贯穿药库各流程,从而达到优化药库证件及物品管理模式。方法介绍我院药库"证件管理版块"应用软件设计及应用情况,与传统模式相比较,分析其优劣。结果证件管理版块的应用更能适应时代发展管理要求;并在保障原始证件的合法性和保证物品质量合格的前提下,真正达到控制医疗物品质量,保障医疗质量,防范不必要的医疗纠纷,减少不必要的经济损失。结论该"证件管理版块"应用软件提高了药库证件管理效率,保证了药库证件及物品管理质量,优化了药库管理模式,值得在医院药剂科、医院器械科、医药公司、器械公司、药品生产企业等多个部门、多个行业推广。Objedive To improve the efficiency and quality of management of certificates of the articles of drugstore and ensure the management of certificates of the articles run through the every process, and thereby optimize the management mode of certificates of the articles of drugstore. Methods Compared the certificate management modular of our hospital and the traditional mode, and analyse the advantages and disadvantages. Results Document management application can adapt to the times forum development management requirements; and original documents to protect the legitimacy and ensure product quality standards under the premise, to really control the quality of medical supplies to protect the quality of care and prevent unnecessary medical disputes and reduce unnecessary economic losses. Conclusion Application of certificate management modular is worthy of application and dissemination in many departments such as hospital pharmacy, apparatus departmeng, pharmaceuticals company, apparatus company, drug manufacturing enterprise and so on.
