后危机时代国际金融监管体系改革进展探析

摘　　要：金融业是高风险产业。美国次贷危机和欧洲债务危机严重危害世界经济,促使世界各国重新认识到金融监管的重要性并在金融监管改革方面取得重要进展。与之同时,国际金融监管的协调机制还不够完善,统一有效的金融监管机构尚未建立,美国仍然占据国际金融霸权地位。随着中国经济日益融入世界,国际金融监管体系的改革给中国带来很有价值的启示。Financial industry is hazardous. American risk and European debt crisis hurt world economy greatly, compelling the countries all over the world recognize again the importance of financial supervision and make great progress in financial supervision reforming. At the same time, coordinated mechanism of the international financial supervision is yet to be improved, the integrated and effective organs in charge of financial supervision is yet to be established, and the American supremacy in international finance is still unshakable. As Chinese economy is increasingly integrated with that of the world, the reforming of the inter- national financial supervision system bring many valuable inspiration to China.
