摘  要:为了观测滚刀破岩的全过程和监测岩石的微破裂,研制隧道掘进机滚刀岩机作用实验台,对立式和卧式2种实验台研制方案进行总结并作出对比选择,对实验台组成、主要构造及安装调试过程进行详细阐述。归纳出实验台可开展的实验项目如下:1)盘形滚刀受力预测公式的研究;2)探寻滚刀作用在不同岩石类型的最优破岩刀间距;3)研究滚刀压力、贯入度及刀间距等关系曲线。结合国家973课题开展相关实验研究,实验结果表明该实验台的应用性、先进性和科学性,实验台的成功研制为滚刀高效破岩机制研究提供公共开放的实验研究平台。An experimental system for the rock-breaking mechanism of disc cutters of TBMs is developed, so as to ob- serve the rock fragmentation effect and rock micro-cracking effect of disc cutters. Comparison and contrast is made be- tween two experimental system options, i. e. , vertical experimental system and horizontal experimental system, and in the end the former is adopted. The component, main structure, installation and debug of the experimental system adopt- ed are described in detail. The experimental system is capable of making the following tests : 1 ) Tests on the stressing formula of disc cutters; 2) Tests on the optimum disc cutter spacing under different rock conditions; 3) Tests on the re- lationship among the stressing, penetration rate and spacing of disc cutters. Some national 973 research items are studied by means of the experimental system developed, which shows that the experimental system developed is applicable, ad- vanced and rational. The experimental system developed provides a public platform for researches on the rock-breaking mechanism of disc cutters.
