摘 要:为了快速评价电镀“仿金”层罩光涂料的防蚀性能,本文指出,把涂有罩光涂料的“仿金”镀件浸入含有显色剂A的5%NaCl水溶液中,当盐水透过漆膜作用到镀件上时,镀件表面发生腐蚀,所产生的金属离子就会与溶液中的显色剂A作用,发生显色反应。颜色的产生意味着腐蚀的开始,当试片腐蚀到一定程度,仿金层表面就会出现棕色斑点,所以本法可用作评定漆膜防蚀性能的一种快速方法。In order to rapidly evaluate the corrosion resistance of varnish surface coating on imitation gold plating layer, it is recommended to immerse the golden color plating part coated with varnish paint into 5% NaCl solution containing developer A.
