摘  要:由于六价铬对环境的污染以及环保部门对含铬废水的管理日趋严格,所以无铬钝化一直是镀锌工作者努力探索的方向。本文综合论述了镀锌层无铬钝化工艺的新进展,包括:硅酸盐钝化;钛/铝/钒盐钝化;丹宁酸钝化以及其它无铬钝化工艺。三价铬钝化,由于不同于传统的六价铬钝化工艺,也是近年来国内外学者所致力研究的课题,因此也作了比较详细的论述并提供一些宝贵的配方。Due to the pollution on environment from Cr^(6+) and the increasing requirements for chromium containing wastewater treatment of environment protection department, the non-chrome passivation process has always been the interests for most zinc plating researchers to work at. The new developments of zinc plating non-chrome passivation processes are comprehensively discussed, including silicate passivation, titanium/ aluminium/vanadium passivation, tannic acid passivation and other Cr^(6+)-free passivation processes. Trivalent chromate, being different from the traditional chromate process, has also been a subject in which many researchers both at home and abroad have been engaged. Therefore, it is also described in detail and some valuable compositions are given.
