摘　　要：针对电力技术标准的广泛性和繁杂性 ,指出实现电力技术标准的标准化管理 ,以提高服务的准确性和效率 ,就必须要有一个结构清晰 ,关系准确的体系来对各类标准进行构架 ,实行计算机化管理。并结合电力标准文献管理的实践 ,从广东省电力技术标准体系表的编制、标准文献的收藏管理、标准文献的服务等几个方面对如何实现电力技术标准的标准化管理进行了阐述。In view of the multifariousness and complicacy of power technical standards,the authors point out that,to standardize the administration of power standards so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of service,there must be a system with clear constitution and exact inner logic relations to organize various standards,and computer based management must be implemented. On this basis,the preparation of power standard system diagram of Guangdong Province as well as the storage management and service of power standards are described in detail to illustrate the realization process of standardized management of power standards.
