摘　　要：分子医学公共实验室是医院进行实验教学、科学研究、人才培养的重要场所,而管理则是促进实验室建设与发展的重要环节,是为医院教学、科研、实验提供优质服务和有力保障的基本条件。全面分析公共实验室面对的各种情况,探索其在开放模式下的管理模式,是值得研究和探讨的重要课题。Public Laboratory of Molecular Medicine is an important place for the experimental teaching, scientific researching and personnel training. While, management is a significant part to promote the construction and development of the laboratory, and a basic condition to provide quality service and guarantee for the hospital teaching, research, experiments. For this reason, it is an important sub-ject, which is worthy of study and discussion, to make a comprehensive analysis of the situations faced by the public laboratory, and to explore the management in an open mode.
