摘　　要：目的探讨医学生的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对971名重庆市某医科大学医学生进行测试并进行统计分析。结果医学生的SCL-90各因子得分均高于全国青年常模,与全国大学生常模比较没有显著差异。是否独生子女、学习成绩等级、生源所在地、家庭经济状况、母亲的文化程度等因素不同,医学生的心理健康状况有差异。结论医学生作为大学生中的一个特殊群体,其心理健康状况值得引起注意,需加强心理健康工作,提高心理素质。Objective To explore the mental health status and its influencing factors of medical students. Method 971 medical students were investigated by SCL-90. Result The scores of every SCL-90 factors in medical students were significantly higher than those in all China youth norm. There was not signif-icant difference comparing the scores in medical students with those in national college students norm. There was difference of the SCL-90 score in only children or not, academic grades, source of students,family finances and mother＇s educational background. Conclusion The mental health status of medical students should be paid attention to. And the mental health work should be strengthened on medical students.
