草果药(Hedychium spicatum)繁育生物学的初步研究

摘　　要：通过花粉量/胚珠数比(P/O)检测、杂交指数(OCI)估算和人工授粉实验,对草果药(Hedychium spicatum Smith)的繁育系统进行了研究,结果表明其繁育系统为兼性异交,且草果药繁育系统的自交亲合性以及花粉活力与柱头可授性能够维持较长时间保证了其在自然条件下的繁殖。The breeding system of Hedychium spicatum Smith was studied through the measurement of pollen--ovule ratio, estimation of OCI and hand pollination experiment. The results indicate that the breeding system of Hedychium spicatum is facultative xenogamy. Self compatible breeding sys- tem, the long duration of pollen viability and stigma of Hedychium spicatum ensure its reproduction consequently.
