摘　　要：粤港近年发展迅猛,新加坡港是世界名牌大港,为了借鉴成功港口模式,从两大港口的基础设施、港口政策、港口功能、临港工业等方面进行比较分析,最后在基于人力资源框架下映射出两大港口的差异。在此基础上为粤港提出加大港口基础设施投入,提高港口效率,推动信息技术和自动化设备的应用,推进向自由贸易港区转型,发展战略联盟等对策与建议。Ports in Guangdong are developing rapidly in recent years, including the world famous Singapore port. In order to learn from the successful mode of port, the paper makes a comparative analysis on ports in Guangdong in terms of infrastructure and policies, function, and industry next to the port; finally, it gets the differences between two ports based on the human resources framework. On the basis, the paper puts forward the measures, such as increasing the investment in port infrastructure, improving port efficiency, promoting the application of information technology and automation equipment, promoting the transition to free trade zone, and developing strategic alliances.
