摘　　要：介绍了霍尼韦尔HC900的DCS系统在多盘白水处理中,利用工业以太网与上位机通讯,对现场各个执行机构进行远程控制的系统。重点阐述了多盘白水处理改造后的电气控制系统结构和工作原理及系统上、下位机的设计,其中上位机采用了西门子WinCC flexible作为监控软件。This paper introduces Honeywell HC900 DCS system for multi-disk filters, various actuators on-site are remotely controlled by communication of industrial Ethernet with the host computer. The structure of electric control system and the working principle after transformation of the multi-disk filter system were illustrated as well as the design of the host computer and slave computer, in which the Siemens WinCC flexible was used as monitoring software.
