新斯的明配合音乐疗法治疗产后尿潴留疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨新斯的明足三里穴位注射配合音乐疗法治疗产后尿潴留的效果。方法将我院2011年7月至2012年8月产后尿潴留的产妇86例随机分成治疗组43例和对照组43例。治疗组给予新斯的明足三里穴位注射配合音乐疗法治疗。对照组仅给予新斯的明足三里穴位注射治疗。结果治疗组成功排尿40例，治愈率93％，对照组成功排尿31例，治愈率72％，经统计学分析，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论新斯的明足三里穴位注射配合音乐疗法治疗产后尿潴留的效果理想。Objective To explore the efficacy of Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine combined with music therapy in the treatment of postpartum urine retention. Methods 86 patients with postpartum urinary retention in our hospital between July 2011 and August 2012 were randomly divided into a study group （43 patients） and a control group （43 patients）. The study group was treated with Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine combined with music therapy; while the control group received Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine alone. Results The study group had 40 patients with successful urination, with a cure rate of 93%; and the control group had 31 with successful urination, with a cure rate of 72%. There were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine with music therapy is efficacious in the treatment of postpartum urine retention.
