炎琥宁联合盐酸消旋山莨菪碱治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎200例

摘　　要：目的探讨炎琥宁联合盐酸消旋山莨菪碱治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法选取397例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,给与炎琥宁静脉滴注,并给予盐酸消旋山莨菪碱足三里穴位封闭。结果治疗组总有效率为97%,对照组总有效率为85.28%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,(P<0.01)。结论使用炎琥宁盐酸消旋山莨菪碱足三里穴位封闭治疗轮状病毒性肠炎能够明显缩短腹泻疗程.加快退热,增加疗效,且无明显副作用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Yanhuning combined with Raceanisodamine hydrochloride for the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods To select 397 cases of rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were given conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of this, given Yardauning injection, and Raceanisodarnine hydrochloride Zusanli acupoint injection. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97%, total effective rate of＇the control group was 85.28%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the efficacy of the treatment group,（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Closed treatment of rotavirus enteritis can significantly shorten the course of treatmentwith diarrhea Yanhuning Raceanisodamine hydrochlorideZusanli acupoint. Accelerate the antipyretic, increase efficacy, and no obvious side effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
