护理干预联合中药对结肠癌多疗程化疗患者营养的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨营养护理干预联合补中益气中药对结肠癌术后连续多疗程化疗患者营养状况的影响。方法2011年6月至2013年3月我院普通外科收治的结肠癌术后连续6期化疗患者100例，按住院号的单、双号将患者分为干预组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规化疗和护理，干预组给予营养护理干预联合补中益气汤加减治疗。观察两组第3、6期化疗后营养指标的变化及化疗毒副反应的发生情况。结果干预组患者第3、6周期化疗后的营养指标除血红蛋白外均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；干预组白细胞减少、胃肠道反应等化疗毒副反应发生率较对照组低（P〈O．05），两组血小板减少和口周麻木发生率差异无统计学意义。结论营养护理干预联合补中益气中药能有效改善结肠癌术后多疗程化疗患者的营养不良，减轻患者化疗毒副反应，确保患者顺利完成全部疗程化疗。Objective To investigate the effects of BuZhongYiQi Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on nutritional condition of the patients with colon carcinoma during multiple stages of chemotherapy. Methods 100 patients with colon carcinoma in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2013 were equally randomized into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was given BuZhongiQi Chinese medicine combined nutritional nursing intervention, while the control group was given conventional nutrition-nursing intervention. The two groups were compared in nutritional condition and adverse reactions of chemotherapy. Results All 100 patients received postoperative chemotherapy. Incidence of adverse reactions of the intervention group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. In intervention group, in addition to the hemoglobin （/＇--0.061; P=0.13）, body mass index （BMI） and biochemistry indices were higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention can improve nutritional status and reduce adverse reactions for patients with colon carcinoma during the 3rd and the 6th stages of chemotherapy.
