肺结核患者血清穿孔素抗体、粒溶素抗体和颗粒蛋白酶A抗体分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清穿孔素（PFN）抗体、粒溶素（GNLY）抗体和颗粒蛋白酶A（GrA）抗体的表达水平与肺结核的相关性。方法应用双抗原夹心ELISA法检测24例肺结核患者和12例其它呼吸疾病患者血清PFN抗体、GNLY抗体和GrA抗体，描述性分析肺结核患者和其它呼吸疾病患者的三种血清抗体水平，并对二者进行比较分析。结果肺结核患者血清PFN抗体、GNLY抗体和GrA抗体水平分别为29～463、7～156、11～164ng／L，（x±s）分别为（107±107）、（34±41）、（36±34）ng／L；其它呼吸疾病患者血清PFN抗体、GNLY抗体和GrA抗体水平分别为31，347、0～117、11～87．g／L，（x±s）分别为（1034-99）、（24±31）、（27±21）ng／L。血清PFN抗体、GNLY抗体和GrA抗体水平差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清PFN抗体、GNLY抗体和GrA抗体水平与肺结核无特异性相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of anti-perforin and anti- granulysin and anti-granzyme A in serum with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Anti-perforin, anti- granulysin and anti-granzyme A in serum samples of 24 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 12 patients with other respiratory disease were determined by ELISA of double antigen sandwich. The descriptive analysis of three kinds of serum antibody levels and comparison analysis of population mean of two group cases were performed. Results The levels of anti-perforin and anti-granulysin and anti-granzyme A in serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were in the range of 29-463, 7-156, 11-164 ng/L respectively, while their level range were 31-347, 0-117, 11-87 ng/L in serum of patients with other respiratory disease respectively. As to population mean of two group cases, （ x± s） of anti-perforin and anti-granulysin and anti-granzyme Ain serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were （107 ± 107）, （34 ±41）, （36 ± 34） ng/L respectively, while they were （103 ±99）, （24± 31）, （27±21） ng/L in serum of patients with other respiratory disease respectively. Conclusion There is no specific correlation between the levels of anti-perforin and anti-granulysin and anti- granzyme A in serum with pulmonary tuberculosis.
